Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. The option of insurance is available upon request.
It depends on what you order. Once your order has been taken and the deposit has been received we start the production and book in the engraving. Different factors may affect our turn around time. We will let you know at time of order how long you may expect your commission to take. Generally allowing 5 - 6 weeks is sufficient. Stone set signet rings can take 10 - 15 weeks.
Customer satisfaction is an essential requisite of our business. We proudly stand behind the integrity and quality of our jewellery and will make every reasonable effort to ensure our clients are completely satisfied. Due to their nature, custom signet rings can not be cancelled or returned once they have been engraved or CAD created. We will work with each client to reach a satisfactory outcome and maintain an excellent relationship with each customer.
Delivery within Australia is Free. Signet Circle uses Australia Post Express Post Satchels with tracking and signature required on delivery. Extra cover is available up to $5,000 for a fee.
When worn everyday the life of a signet ring will depend on the metal used and the type of wear it gets.
